A very pretty and romantic lamp with a great prim look about
it. There are eight hearts in total. The hearts along
the outside of the lamp are adhered into place; the three
inside surrounding the candle lamp are loose in case the
lamp ever has to be replaced. The hearts measure 5" to
6" and are made from a variety of cotton calico prints and
have been heavily aged with a mix of coffee and
vanilla. The hearts are finished with a rubbing of
mica flakes. The hearts surround a 7 1/2" candle lamp with
a flicker bulb, long cream-colored cord and on/off switch.
Burgundy pip berries are tucked into the basket among the
hearts. The basket that forms the base of the lamp is
oval shaped and 12" in diameter at the widest part.
The hearts are handmade, the candle lamp is new and the
basket is a thrift store find.
