The secure shopping cart on this site is from CoolCart and our gateway is Authorize.Net.  To order, click on the Add to Cart button and the shopping cart will be displayed.  To continue shopping, click the Continue Shopping button and you'll be brought back to the same page of the website.

The shopping cart uses dynamic shipping, that is it is based upon the total weight of the order and upon the distance from our USPS shipping zone in Western Pennsylvania.  Shipping costs include a .72 handling fee which covers the cost of the packaging and delivery confirmation.

6% sales tax will be added to orders within Pennsylvania.

You can estimate your shipping cost.  Add an item to the cart and fill in the country, state and zip code fields then click recalculate.

Our cart is set up to accept Visa and MasterCard payments.  If you would prefer to pay with PayPal, please send an email to linet@littlecooncreek.com and we'll be happy to send a PayPal invoice.

We also accept orders by Visa and MasterCard over the phone at 412-487-7411.

At this time the website is set up to only ship to destinations within the United States.  We do ship worldwide though and indeed do so fairly often.  If you are outside of the U.S. please either send an email or give Linet a call at 412-487-7411.

Privacy Policy:  We at Little Coon Creek, Clarion House Collectibles and Northern Prims account to Uncle Sam.  Therefore, a limited amount of transaction information is maintained (shipping info, transaction info, email address, etc.)  However, we do not maintain credit card information unless specifically asked to do so by the customer.  Credit card information that is personally given to us is promptly shredded after the charge is processed and the transaction is completed.

CoolCart maintains about the same information as we do within their database.  They do not maintain customers' credit card information.

Both Authorize.Net and our merchant account at PNC do indeed maintain credit card information and transaction information for an indefinite period of time.  This information is stored on super secure servers and can be made available to the owner of the merchant account (me) after jumping through several secure hoops.  It a rare event when I have to do it, but please know that I am indeed able to access card information if the need arises, say to issue a refund for instance.

We will never ever share or sell your personal information or email address with any parties.

Other than emails regarding a particular transaction, you will not receive spam email from Little Coon Creek or Northern Prims.  Neither of these sites sends newsletters or maintains mailing lists.  Clarion House Collectibles has an opt-in newsletter which is kept totally separate from Little Coon Creek and Northern Prims so you won't get any spam from CHC either.

Important:  Now, with all of that being said, we also want to remind you to watch out for scam emails!  There are so many versions going around these days.

There be bad chaps out there on the web and they'd like to get their hands on your personal information if they can.  Neither your credit card company nor your bank nor eBay nor PayPal will ever send you an email requesting that you click on a link in an email to log in or to change your account information.

The links in these scam emails will take you to phony sites that are designed to capture your personal details.  Some of the phony sites look just like the real ones so if you really want to check an account, open up a new browser window and type the address of the site you want to go to into your browser's address bar.
