Quilt pieced eggs measure about 3 by 2-1/4 inches and are sewn from a variety of cotton fabrices.
These fabric eggs are very heavily aged with a couple of stainings with walnut ink. The walnut ink gives them a grayed golden tone but they're not blotchy or spotty like a coffee stain would be. The walnut ink gives them more of a shaded aging which is the way that things might naturally age.
The 6 eggs come in a fluted rusty pan as shown. The eggs are handmade by us here at Little Coon Creek and the pan is a Darice product.
