A sweet little country bunny rabbit is featured on this miniature pillow that was designed to hang.

I've had these two particular fabrics in my stash for years -- the colors held up great and I'm fairly certain that they're both cotton-polyester blends. The fabrics are bright and colorful which give the whole thing a kind of vintage appeal.

The bunny rabbit is cut from white wool felt and is appliqued onto the pillow top. A burgundy wool felt heart was appliqued onto the bunny and he has black French knots for eyes. The yellow pillow top is edged with strips of red calico with white polka dots.

The design was sewn onto the pillow top at an angle. It's not an easy task to get it to sit straight so I strung a clear fishline hanging loop in the upper corner to allow the piece to hang.

It's a very small pillow measuring only 4 1/4 inches square and it's about 1 1/2 inches thick. Handcrafted in the U.S.A. by us here at Little Coon Creek.
